HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We generally work to a 4-6 week delivery time for custom furniture orders. However, sometimes due to delays with supply of fabric these time frames may vary. If it looks like your order will be unduly delayed we will be in touch to discuss this with you. Orders of upholstery supplies and other in stock items should be on their way to you within 2 business days.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We will deliver to the front door of anywhere in New Zealand using our trusted delivery company. If you have any special requests regarding your delivery please let us know as soon as possible.

We package all items carefully to ensure they are as safe as can be during their journey to your door. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our workshop at 70 Te Rauparaha Street, Ōtaki, Wellington 5512. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and we will email you to let you know when it is ready to pick up.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
